1. Where is Totally Tent and Party Rental located?

2. How many years have you been in business?

   Answer: Totally Tent and Party Rental is proud to be celebrating its 7th anniversary this year and has had the privilege of serving over 1,900 customers in Rochester and surrounding areas. We are proud to be the only accredited member of the Better Business Bureau in our industry in the city of Rochester.

3. Do you deliver?

   Answer: Yes, all tent rentals are delivered and installed by a member of Totally Tent and Party Rental's highly trained staff. Table and chair rentals may be picked up at our work facility or delivered by our staff. In the case of table and chair deliveries, a round trip delivery fee will be applied.

4. What are your delivery fees and areas?

   Answer: Any delivery in the town of Chili is free of charge. The vast majority of tent rentals that include tables and chairs in Monroe County are not accompanied by a delivery fee. Table and chair rentals of $60.00 or more will have a $25.00 delivery fee. Rentals of less than $60.00 will have a $30.00 delivery fee.

5. Do I need to sign a rental agreement?

   Answer: Yes, all customers renting products from Totally Tent and Party Rental will be sent a written rental contract that will document the terms and conditions of our services. This document must be signed and returned with a deposit to confirm a reservation.

6. What are your rental periods?

   Answer: All tent rentals are for a one day period, with the exception of tents sized 30' by 60' or larger. These larger tents are rented for a two day period. Concession equipment like popcorn and cotton candy machines are rented for a one day period. Our Bounce Houses are rented for an eight hour period. These are our standard rental periods unless other arrangements are specified in written form by Totally Tent and Party Rental.

7. What to expect upon table and chair delivery?

   Answer: Upon delivery, all tables and chairs will be unloaded and stacked in close proximity from the point of arrival. Our staff should not be expected to manually transport items unreasonable distances from the arrival location.

8. What to expect upon tent delivery?

   Answer: Your tent will be installed by our staff, and if tables and chairs accompany your order, they will be stacked neatly underneath the tent.

9. What to expect upon pickup?

   Answer: All rental items should be accounted for and stacked neatly in close proximity to the location where the rental items were setup or dropped off. If any rental items are damaged or lost, replacement fees will be accessed in accordance with our rental contract.

10. If I rent a tent, does the rental price include installation and takedown?

    Answer: Yes, setup and takedown is included in all tent rental prices. The installation and takedown of tents is performed by the highly trained staff of Totally Tent and Party Rental.

11. What are your deposit guidelines?

    Answer: All deposit amounts are pre -determined using the follow guidelines:

    Orders from $50-100 $25 deposit

    Orders from $100-250 $50 deposit

    Orders from $250-500 $100 deposit

    Orders from $500-900 $200 deposit

    Orders from $900-1,200 $400 deposit

    Orders from $1,200-1,600 $500 deposit

    Orders from $1,600-2,100 $1,000 deposit

    All customers renting tents will be sent a rental agreement that will document the terms and conditions of our services. This document must be signed and returned with a deposit to confirm a reservation.

12. When do you require payment?

    Answer: After a deposit is made, final payment is due upon our arrival at the destination of the event. Accepted forms of payment are by cash, check, or money order.

13. All checks and money orders should be made payable to Totally Tent and Party Rental.

14. What is your cancellation policy?

    Answer: In the case of a cancellation, we credit our customer's existing account in the amount of their deposit. This credit will not be invalidated for any reason and can be used at anytime, based on product availability. Credits however, are non transferable.
